... were announced today. This award has increasing cachet and, like the Golden Globes, offers both film and television for your consideration. Many of my favorites are on board.
It is my feeling that neither Robert Wisdom of "The Wire" nor the enemble of said show is mentioned is a travesty. Also sad but nor suprised to see that Kristen Bell of "Veronica Mars" was left off in favor of a lot of run-of-the-mill crud. (Mariska Hargitay? Anybody from "Grey's Anatomy"? Seriously?) Other than that, good to see Carrell, Lee, and "Babel" get mentions.
Yeah...the ignoring of the ensemble in The Wire makes me sad every year. I cannot remember a time where a cast has been so big and great at the same time.
